About Us
The Eclectic Screening Room (or, ESR for short) is a film magazine that has been publishing quality articles and reviews with an emphasis on cult films, independent pictures, and other interesting, overlooked and ususual pieces of cinema culture from yesteryear.
Between the covers of every issue, you'll find impassioned analyses of anything but what is being offered currently at the multiplex.
Since its debut in 2001, ESR has expanded its operations with screenings (in order to raise awareness of this publication), and most recently, has gone online with a regular vidcast in homage to the movie programs of yore.
Whether it's in print, online or at one of the many trade shows about town, the excitable staff of ESR wants to share its love of cinema with you.
